Return & Refund Policy

Please be aware that every piece is carefully inspected before shipment.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of the date received.  Most of our products are made to order so please double check your order and address before you make a purchase to make your shopping experience a breeze.

Most items are eligible for returns; however, the following items are FINAL SALE:

  • All items ordered on sale or clearance.

  • Hats.

  • Turbans.

  • Face Masks.

 

Please read and follow these instructions:

1. Email us at Contact@afriqaccent.com

  • Subject Line – Returns (include the Item name and number/SKU)

  • Email Content – Reason for the return.  Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange of the same item or a different item (provide the exchange item name).  If exchanging, please provide the address to where the item should be shipped. 

 

2. Ship the item back to us using the Return Label provided in the original shipment.  The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use a delivery service that will insure the value of the item.

3. Once we receive the item, we will inspect for wear and tear.  We will not accept items that are damaged due to circumstances other than shipping and handling or items that have been worn or washed, have stains, or smell of deodorant, or odors.  If an item has been worn, it will not qualify for a return.

 

4. Once the item has been inspected and accepted, we will contact you via email for a full refund EXCLUDING the shipping fees that AfriqAccent paid to ship the original product.  The refund will be granted in the original form of payment.
